Rekindled Moments turned 1!

*forgot to mention Mich Sonza and Nina Patena. Thanks guys for dropping by!

*also Ms. Timi Mercado was able to finish her mini album too.

Sorry for being M-I-A (missing in action) for most of July. Had to adjusting with no houseboy for a couple of weeks, juggling taking care of Candice and Caitlyn and the biz etc, etc and was down with the flu and sinat these past few days.

Back to writing... I'm happy that my other baby (Rekindled Moments) turned 1 recently! It wouldn't be here without your support. Thank you very much!

Last July 12, Saturday, I wanted to treat you guys in return... I hosted my own mini crop party at Taft... Would like to thank everybody who came to shop and crop, namely Vani Aguilar (Cookie's sis-in-law), Timi Mercado (LB Scrapaholics' proxy hehe), Jeanie David, Luz Doma, Jeanie Nieva, Myla (sis-in-law of Liza Bermudez), Sharon Chua, Imee, Fenny Brazuela, Cabbie Lopez, Symbelly Tan, Stephanie (Sym's sis), Maricel "cel" Cunanan, Racquel (cousin of cel) & Sandra Yu, Florence Ramos, Christine Tica, Vanessa C. (companion of Ms. Rose), Ms. Rosalinda "Rose "Reyes, Rachelle Endozo-Tolentino, Hanniebelle Que and most especially to Cookie (for helping me out anyway she can). Here are some pictures of the crop party...

Cropping pics shown are the class demo kit that Cookie demonstrated (using 3 cardstocks of different color, 4pcs 6x6 coordinating paper and some misc ribbon that RM provided). It was an idea from a online crop session (Scrappinkid's) that Cookie joined (here's Cookie's take on the mini album). Everybody got serious with their projects and even had finish products (done at home) posted on their blogs.

To name a few here are the direct links to their finished products, so happy they finished it.

Cabbie's
Mich Sonza's
Cel's

I offered merienda too courtesy of my mom (she cooked the pancit and asado. Thanks Ma!) and some hopia, bread and juice. Hope you guys enjoyed the food! hehehe!

After the break, Challenge time came, they have to use the SR Scrap Strip and chipboard that were provided into the LO.

Here are their entries to the Anniv Challenge:

Can't find my Glasses by Cel Cunanan (cel's blog post)

Family by Jeanie David

My Family by Rose Reyes

Our Family by Sandra Yu

Precious One by Timi Mercado

Cookie and I judged the entries, with the help of Cabbie too. Thanks Cabbie! Timi emerged as the winner of the Challenge. Prize Timi got was an Inque Boutique Age & Elegant Stamp, 1 Inque Boutique Mirror Gold Embossing Powder, MR wings chipboard keychain and MR people Chipboard keychain.

Chatting after the event. Hope that everybody had a great time with all the food, discounts and raffles. Thanks again for your continued support. All pics courtesy of Cookie Aguilar.
