Feb Workshop Kit Reveal!

Last February 7, 2009 (Saturday), we had our 2nd workshop! 6 scrappers attended the class! Thanks to Arlyn Abadiano, Donna Espiritu, Beth Aguila, Karen Ngo-Filipino, July Gaceta and Rachelle Tolentino. Thanks for joining the workshop! Hope you guys had fun and hope we were able to impart some added knowledge. hehehe. Thanks also to Khei de Dios and Bessie del Rosario, they each got kits eventhough their scheds didn't permit them to join us that day.

Our workshop kit consists of:


Scope for the class was to scrap Christmas and Valentine's pictures. Our line-up of projects for the class were to do the following: 1 xmas mini album, 1 xmas LO, 1 valentine's mini album, 1 valentine's LO, a couple of valentine's cards and 1 ordinary LO.

Here are the papers that we used:
Mainly from Little Yellow Bicycle Sharon Ann's Christmas Line and Fancy Pants Splendid Line.

And embellishments present in the kits were:

Registrants had album options to choose from:
xmas tree album and tag/heart album
gift album and tag/heart album (from whole kit picture)
or
freestyle album and heart album


The themes we had were:

For Xmas Album/LO: 25th of December (things you did on the 25th of December i.e. gift opening, food preparation, lunch, dinner, mass etc - to document what happened on the 25th of December) or Your Favorite Christmas Photos.

For Valentine's Album/LO: Persons that matter to you (Journaling - why does he/she matters to you, answer with because...) or thing i love... (from hobbies, places, person etc)

We were able to cover the Xmas LO and Valentine's LO, also halfway thru the Xmas mini album and started with the Valentine's mini album. And made some valentine's cards. We weren't able to discuss the ordinary LO.
